About the Journal

The Pittsburgh Interdisciplinary Mathematics Review (PIMR) is a peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes expository and research articles on traditionally mathematical and traditionally non-mathematical topics (like artificial intelligence, cryptography, biology, physics, social sciences, and more) where mathematics is used to produce a result. It is managed entirely by undergraduate students at the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.
